"After thirty years with another company, I changed to state farm and not even a week after doing so I had a little accident. Joshua Brant's office was very helpful. Very professional Amanda was top-notch. She helped me so much, but co-part. The one that was supposed to do the Estimate on my vehicle was so stinking far away, and they treated my vehicle like they thought it was gonna be theirs. I'm really dissapointed in ,where they made my son Wait an hour to bring my vehicle around. And they brought it in a tow motor scratched the door and took a chance on additional damage. Hope I never have to deal with those people again. I did manage to get my car fixed?Oh, except for the scratch that they put in the door. But Joshua's agency was very good. I what's glad that I switched farm? Cause I couldn't get my old insurance company to change the date to where I wouldn't get an overdraft charge every month. I do wanna give high praise to Amanda at the Agency although sometimes the phone connection was spotty, she was always pleasant and helpful, especially when I couldn't get hold of Monica, who was in a different time zone. My only real complaint besides co- part was before anything happened my claim handler was changed to someone who was too busy to care and then back to Monica who was also very helpful."
